These brokers who are recruited and trained by our organization will be assigned to an agency within our Hierarchy for further training and development. If the agency identifies potential brokers, Cover Bridge Corp. offers to provide the prospective broker with an orientation to the agency.

The CBC Business Mentoring Program is available to new and existing agencies. With this program, Cover Bridge Corp. helps current agencies to obtain the best contracts and assists all agencies with policy and procedure development, training, certifications, broker oversight, and development of a compliance program. These are critical components necessary to running a successful agency.
